I was concerned as the surface it not perfectly smooth as the plastic has a slight dimple to but I cleaned it with mineral spirits and applied the decal making sure to press well with my fingers. ( Fla is a tad warm so the letters and surface were warm when applied. It has been out and then is no lifting.
