The whole prossess of designing and ordering. Was very easy. The web sight is very intuitive and easy to use. I was disappointed that they used USPS for shipping. It took a long time to get our package and they ended up holing it at the post office for pick up because of the oversize tube the graphic was shipped in. Over all I am pleased with my end product and will be useing boatdecals again.
